Aluminum and steel plate dollies provide a durable, low-profile solution for moving products, boxes, crates, parts, and supplies between workstations in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, maintenance areas, and material handling facilities. The raised diamond tread plate deck helps add grip during transport while providing a rugged surface for daily use.

Aluminum and Steel Construction

This family includes aluminum plate dollies for lighter handling and corrosion-resistant performance, along with steel plate dollies for rugged strength in demanding environments. Both styles are built for dependable load movement where durability, stability, and long service life matter.

Deck Sizes and Capacity

Models support 1,200 lb. uniform static capacity and are available in 14 inch x 18 inch, 18 inch x 24 inch, and 24 inch x 30 inch deck sizes. The compact platform design helps users position and transport materials efficiently through aisles, storage areas, and production spaces.

Caster Layouts and Accessories

Four inch x 2 inch mold-on-rubber casters provide smooth rolling performance, with standard configurations using two rigid and two swivel casters with brake. All-swivel models are available for tighter maneuvering. Optional pull straps and metal hooks can be added for improved operator control during frequent transport tasks.
